Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited • ANNUAL REPORT 2025 130 Directors’ Report 董事會報告 In 2025, the purchases from the Group’s largest supplier accounted for approximately 16.2% (2024: approximately 16.6%) and the aggregate purchases attributable to the top five largest suppliers accounted for approximately 33.6% (2024: approximately 37.4%) of the total purchases of the Group. For the year ended 31 December 2025, no Directors, their close associates or any Shareholder (who to the knowledge of the Board own more than 5% of the number of issued Shares (excluding treasury Shares) of the Company) have any interest in any of the Group’s five largest customers or suppliers. PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT Details of movements of property, plant and equipment of the Group during the year are set out in Note 14 to the consolidated financial statements in this annual report. SHARE CAPITAL Details of changes during the year in the share capital of the Company are set out in Note 34 to the consolidated financial statements in this annual report. DISTRIBUTABLE RESERVES OF THE COMPANY Distributable reserves of the Company as at 31 December 2025, calculated under the Cayman Islands Companies Act, amounted to approximately RMB28,469.6 million (31 December 2024: approximately RMB24,544.5 million). TAX RELIEF The Company is not aware of any relief from taxation available to the Shareholders by reason of their holding of the shares of the Company.
