舜宇光學科技（集團）有限公司 • 2025 年報 129 Directors’ Report 董事會報告 股息分派 本集團於截至二零二五年十二月三十一日止年 度的業績載於本年報「綜合損益及其他全面收 益表」章節中。 董事建議於二零二六年六月二十六日向全體於 二零二六年六月十二日已登記的股份持有人派 發末期股息每股 120.60 港仙（相等於每股約人 民幣 105.90 分）。 為符合資格收取末期股息，本公司將由二零 二六年六月九日至二零二六年六月十二日（包 括首尾兩天）暫停辦理證券登記手續，期間將 不會辦理任何股份過戶登記。所有股份過戶 文件連同有關股票，必須於二零二六年六月八 日下午四時三十分前，送呈本公司於香港之證 券登記分處香港中央證券登記有限公司進行登 記，地址為香港灣仔皇后大道東 183 號合和中 心 17 樓 1712 至 1716 號舖。 為符合資格出席於二零二六年五月二十七日舉 行的應屆本公司股東週年大會，本公司將由 二零二六年五月二十一日至二零二六年五月 二十七日（包括首尾兩天）暫停辦理證券登記手 續，期間將不會辦理任何股份過戶登記。所有 股份過戶文件連同有關股票，必須於二零二六 年五月二十日下午四時三十分前，送呈本公司 於香港之證券登記分處香港中央證券登記有 限公司進行登記，地址為香港灣仔皇后大道東 183 號合和中心 17 樓 1712 至 1716 號舖。 主要客戶及供應商 截至二零二五年十二月三十一日止年度，本集 團與主要客戶及供應商的交易詳情如下： 於二零二五年，來自最大客戶的收入佔本集團 總收入約 11.3% ，去年佔比約 15.8% 。於二零 二五年，來自前五大客戶的收入佔本集團總收 入約 45.1% （二零二四年：約 46.2% ）。 DIVIDENDS DISTRIBUTION The results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2025 are set out in the section headed “Consolidated Statement of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income” in this annual report. The Directors recommended the declaration of a final dividend of HKD120.60 cents per share (equivalent to approximately RMB105.90 cents per share) payable on 26 June 2026 to all persons registered as holders of Shares on 12 June 2026. In order to determine the eligibility for receiving the final dividends, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 9 June 2026 to 12 June 2026, both days inclusive, during which no transfer of Shares will be registered. All transfers of Shares accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for registration no later than 4:30 p.m. on 8 June 2026. In order to determine the eligibility for attending the forthcoming AGM of the Company, which is to be held on 27 May 2026, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 21 May 2026 to 27 May 2026, both days inclusive, during which no transfer of Shares will be registered. All transfers of Shares accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong for registration no later than 4:30 p.m. on 20 May 2026. MAJOR CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS Details of the Group’s transactions with its major customers and suppliers for the year ended 31 December 2025 are set out below: In 2025, the revenue from the largest customer accounted for approximately 11.3% of the Group’s total revenue as compared to approximately 15.8% of last year. In 2025, revenue from the top five largest customers accounted for approximately 45.1% (2024: approximately 46.2%) of the Group’s total revenue.
