This statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Directors of the Company have noted the recent increase in the price of the shares of the Company and wish to state that they were not aware of any reasons for such price increase.
However the Directors would like to advise that at the moment the Company is contemplating possible fund raising exercises but no decision has been made as to the method of fund raising. No agreement has been signed and such fund raising exercises may or may not materialise. Further announcement will be made if there is any new development.
Save as disclosed above, the Directors confirm that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realizations which are discloseable under paragraph 3 of the Listing Agreement, neither are the Directors aware of any matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by paragraph 2 of the Listing of Agreement, which is or may be of a price sensitive nature.
Meanwhile, shareholders and public investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
