Performance Assurance LWB constantly reviews its bus services and maintenance regime to ensure safety and efficiency at the highest level across its bus fleet. LWB adopts mechanical reliability 1 and operational capability 2 as key indicators for measuring its operational performance. In 2025, LWB achieved a mechanical reliability of 562,276 km:1 and an operational capability of 102.06%. LWB has maintained ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems certification since 2012. Depot The depot at Siu Ho Wan provides daily bus maintenance, refuelling, bus washing and parking for LWB’s fleet. The depot is equipped with a wastewater treatment system to ensure that the quality of wastewater meets statutory requirements before being discharged into the public drainage system. A rainwater collection and water recycling system was implemented at the Siu Ho Wan Depot to conserve water.
