2014年4月29日，香港 – 太古地產宣佈位於港島東糖廠街23號的最新服務式住宅正式命名為「太古坊栢舍」。項目預計於2015年中旬開幕。
該全新服務式住宅項目坐落於香港最大型的私人商業區—太古坊的心臟地帶，將進一步擴大太古地產在港島東的核心投資物業組合，延續公司旗下另一成功服務式住宅品牌—太古廣場栢舍。
太古地產行政總裁郭鵬表示：「我們很高興為本地社區正式介紹太古坊栢舍。該全新發展項目是太古坊重建計劃的一部分，計劃還包括興建兩座甲級辦公樓。這三座全新大樓將加強港島東作為多元化綜合社區的潛力，並有助鞏固香港作為區域和國際金融及商業中心的地位。」
太古坊栢舍樓高28層，共提供111個服務式住宅，包括開放式、一房或兩房單位，以及一個頂層特色單位，建築面積分別約為480平方呎、620至740平方呎、1,220平方呎及1,620平方呎。住客可尊享一系列休閒設施，包括私人會所、戶外悠閒雅座、健身室、水療設施及蒸汽浴室，更設24小時禮賓服務。
太古地產住宅物業董事杜偉業表示：「太古坊栢舍將延續太古廣場栢舍的優質管理，我們相信港島東的甲級辦公樓租戶將對此項目有很高的需求。」
