港幣五十億元循環信貸/定期貸款 由太古股份有限公司擔保 |

 太古股份有限公司宣佈已成功為旗下全資附屬公司 Swire Finance Limited 簽訂一項港幣五十億元之循環信貸/定期貸款 (「貸款」)。是項貸款由中銀國際融資有限公司、香港上海匯豐銀行有限公司及渣打銀行 (「協調安排行」)共同安排。由於銀行界反應熱烈，是項貸款得到超額認購，因此將不會安排一般貸款籌組計劃。 是項貸款由太古股份有限公司擔保，將可於貸款協議簽訂日後三十六個月內循環支取，之後將轉為定期貸款。貸款所得款項將用作太古股份集團之一般企業融資用途。 是項貸款之銀團組合如下： |
