Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited • ANNUAL REPORT 2025 40 Management Discussion and Analysis 管理層討論與分析 全球化佈局 本集團在中國設有多個生產基地,分別位於浙 江省餘姚市、廣東省中山市及河南省信陽市。 此外,本集團也已在印度和越南設立生產基 地,在生產線規劃、工廠建設、人才發展和本 地合作夥伴協作方面積纍了全面的海外本地化 專業知識,並在德國設立歐洲平台公司,使本 集團能夠高效地服務全球客戶。 僱員和酬金政策 於二零二五年十二月三十一日,本集團擁有 34,393 名全職僱員。為吸納新人才,激勵及挽 留現有人才,本集團已根據本公司的整體運營 情況、行業水平及僱員的個人表現,向僱員提 供公平及具競爭力的薪酬及福利待遇,其中薪 酬包括基本年薪、年終獎、經濟增加值分享獎 及股份獎勵等;福利包括社會保險、住房公積 金、僱員假期及急難救助基金等。此外,本集 團特有的人才發展體系為業務的良好發展提供 人才保障,並增加僱員履行工作職責的知識和 技能。本集團根據不同層級的發展需求,構建 以新僱員發展模塊、專業技術人員發展模塊和 領導力發展模塊為核心的培訓發展體系,不斷 引導全體僱員進行持續學習。 截至二零二五年十二月三十一日止年度,本公 司根據於二零一零年三月二十二日所採納之限 制性股份獎勵計劃(「 限制性股份獎勵計劃 」)授 出 1,204,442 股限制性股份(「 限制性股份 」)予 合資格的僱員。有關詳情請參閱本年報「董事 會報告」之「限制性股份獎勵計劃」章節。 GLOBAL DEPLOYMENT The Group has established multiple production bases in China, which are located in Yuyao of Zhejiang Province, Zhongshan of Guangdong Province and Xinyang of Henan Province, respectively. In addition, the Group has also set up production bases in India and Vietnam, accumulating comprehensive overseas localization expertise across production line planning, factory construction, talent development and local partner collaboration. In addition, the Group has set up a European platform company in Germany, enabling the Group to serve its global customers efficiently. EMPLOYEE AND REMUNERATION POLICY The Group had 34,393 full-time employees as at 31 December 2025. In line with the overall operation of the Company, the industry level and the performance of individual employees, the Group offers employees fair and competitive compensation and welfare packages to recruit new talents and to reward and retain existing talents, in which the remuneration includes annual basic salary, year-end bonus, the economic-value-added bonus and share award, while the welfare includes social insurance, housing provident fund, employee holidays and emergency relief fund. In addition, the unique talent development system of the Group ensures the provision of talent team matching the sound business development, and enhances their knowledge and skills when the employees discharge duties at work. Based on the development needs of different levels, the Group has established a development and training system with new employee development module, professional and technical personnel development module, and leadership development module as its core to consistently encourage all employees to engage in continuous learning. For the year ended 31 December 2025, 1,204,442 restricted shares (“ Restricted Shares ”) were granted to eligible employees in accordance with the restricted share award scheme (“ Restricted Share Award Scheme ”) adopted by the Company on 22 March 2010.
