This figure is based on the interest in the long position of 56,023,419 Shares held by JPMorgan Chase & Co., in its capacity as a beneficial owner, investment manager, persons having security interests in shares, trustee and approved lending agent, as reported in the DI Notice filed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., in relation to the relevant event that took place on 5 December 2025. This figure is based on the interest in the long position of 79,936,723 Shares held by UBS Group AG, in its capacity as interest of corporation controlled, as reported in the DI Notice filed by UBS Group AG in relation to the relevant event that took place on 3 December 2025. BOCI Trustee holds Shares in the capacity of the trustee of the Restricted Share Award Scheme. 12.
