Percentage may not add up to the total due to rounding. 3. Sun Xu is the beneficial owner of 389,811,927 Shares whose ultimate holding company is Sun Ji. All equity interest of Sun Ji is owned by the Sunny Group Employee Offshore Trust, and its ultimate controlling party is Mr. Wang Wenjian, the founder of the Company. Mr. Wang Wenjian is one of two trustees (together with TMF Trust (HK) Limited) and one of the beneficiaries of the Sunny Group Employee Offshore Trust, under which he is entitled to 1.69% of the beneficial interest. Mr. Wang Wenjie is the beneficiary of the Sunny Group Employee Offshore Trust under which he is entitled to 3.54% of the beneficial interests. Mr. Ni Wenjun’s spouse, Ms. Gu Jianying is the beneficiary of the Sunny Group Employee Offshore Trust, under which she is entitled to 2.82% of the beneficial interests. This item comprises (i) 33,164,133 Shares as Mr. Wang Wenjian is the beneficiary and founder of the Sun Guang Trust, which is a trust on the entire issued share capital of Sun Guang Limited, which owns 3.03% of the issued share capital of the Company; and (ii) 259,486 Shares which were granted to Mr. Wang Wenjian under the Restricted Share Award Scheme. 5. Mr. Wang Tan Jiong owns 18,002 Shares which were granted under the Restricted Share Award Scheme. 6. Mr. Wang Wenjie owns 1,758,142 Shares which were granted under the Restricted Share Award Scheme. 7. Mr. Ni Wenjun owns 15,222 Shares which were granted under the Restricted Share Award Scheme. 8. Ms. Gu Jianying owns 233,376 Shares which were granted under the Restricted Share Award Scheme.
