As affected by energy shortage, climate change, international relations, inflation and fluctuations in exchange rates, the Group would conduct more negotiations on the supply and rising cost of raw materials and components; and － 部分核心原材料、元器件、高端設備供應有限。受能 源緊缺、氣候變化、國際關係、通脹及匯率波動影 響，本集團會在原材料、元器件的供應及成本上漲等 方面開展更多的談判；及 – The Company’s supply chain covers all links and is subject to multiple risks due to internal and external factors as well as ESG requirements: supplier ESG compliance, insufficient environmental and social controls in the supply chain, coupled with lack of resilience and information transparency caused by various global factors, may all affect the Company’s compliance, reputation, and operational continuity. － 本公司供應鏈覆蓋全環節，受內外部及 ESG 要求影 響，存在多重風險：供應商 ESG 合規、供應鏈環境與 社會管控不足，疊加全球各類因素導致的韌性不足及 信息透明度欠缺，均可能影響本公司合規、聲譽及運 營連續性。 – Optimizing supplier management strategy, reducing single supplier dependence, exploring potential suppliers, especially for core raw material and device suppliers, and establishing a diversified supplier system; － 優化供應商管理策略，減少單一供應商依賴，開拓潛在供應 商，特別是針對核心原材料及器件供應商，建立多元化供應商 體系； – Building a strategic resource development platform, centralizing management and separating procurement to optimize supply chain management; － 搭建戰略資源開發平台，集中管理、分開採購，優化供應鏈管 理； – Establishing a comprehensive supplier ESG admission, evaluation, assessment, and exit mechanism, integrating ESG compliance indicators into supplier admission standards; implementing interviews, rectification requirements, or elimination for high-risk suppliers; and － 建立完善的供應商 ESG 准入、評估、考核及退出機制，將 ESG 合規指標納入供應商准入標準；對高風險供應商實施約談、整 改或淘汰；及 – Promoting low-carbon upgrades across all links of the supply chain, guiding suppliers to adopt energy-saving technologies, clean energy, and environmentally friendly processes to reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions; prioritizing the selection of green, environmentally friendly, and recyclable raw materials to minimize the supply chain’s environmental impact, in alignment with the Company’s low-carbon development strategy. － 推動供應鏈各環節低碳化升級，引導供應商採用節能技術、清 潔能源及環保工藝，降低能源消耗與污染物排放；優先選擇綠 色環保、可循環利用的原材料，減少供應鏈環境影響，契合本 公司低碳發展戰略。
