Meanwhile, tensions in critical shipping routes such as the Red Sea and the Middle East may disrupt the import of overseas raw materials and the export of finished goods, posing challenges to supply chain stability; and － 二零二五年在半導體、光學元器件領域的監管差異持 續，部分國家出台出口管制、數據跨境傳輸限制政 策；同時，紅海、中東等關鍵航運通道局勢緊張，可 能導致海外原材料進口及成品出口受阻，供應鏈穩定 性面臨挑戰；及 – Rising uncertainty in bilateral or multilateral conflicts between state and non-state actors, coupled with geopolitical tensions driving up commodity and energy prices, hampers economic recovery and exerts a prolonged impact on corporate operations and investments. － 國家間或非國家行為體之間雙邊╱多邊衝突不確定性 上升，地緣性衝突導致大宗商品和能源價格攀升，拖 累經濟復甦，長期影響企業經營及投資。 – To mitigate trade risks such as tariffs, continuing to adhere to the manufacturing globalization strategy, continuously monitoring the evolution of the geopolitical landscape, and proactively adopting trade compliance measures; － 為規避關稅等貿易風險，繼續堅持製造業出海戰略，持續跟蹤 地緣政治局勢演變，積極採取貿易合規舉措； – Establishing a domestic alternative supply chain system to enhance the resilience and security of the supply chain for key components; － 佈局國內可替代供應鏈體系，加強關鍵器件供應鏈韌性和安全 性； – Continuously assessing changes in the macroeconomic environment and industry trends, as well as emerging risks, maintaining close interaction with stakeholders, and implementing action plans in a timely manner; － 針對總體經濟、產業趨勢變化及新興風險持續評估，與利益相 關方保持緊密互動，及時落實行動方案； – Adjusting the business allocation of manufacturing sites and strengthening the layout outside Greater China through internal growth and external mergers and acquisitions; － 調整製造據點業務分配，通過內部成長及外部併購強化大中華 地區外佈局； – Strengthening supply chain management and risk identification, and adjusting procurement strategies in line with regionalization trends; － 強化供應鏈管理及風險識別，配合區域化趨勢調整採購策略； – Planning alternative shipping routes in advance and collaborating with multiple logistics service providers to mitigate the impact of disruptions on critical channels; and － 提前規劃備選航運路線，與多家物流服務商合作，降低關鍵通 道受阻影響；及 – Establishing a cross-border data compliance management system to adapt to the regulatory requirements of different countries. － 建立跨境數據合規管理體系，適配各國監管要求。
