Strengthen the construction of the talent teams and the enterprise culture to improve the talents’ quality The Group will continue to make in-depth analysis on the employment demand and refine recruitment program to build a more stable and quality supply channel of talents. Meanwhile, the Group will further optimise the talent cultivation system, perfect the employment qualification and training system, and set up a more sound and reasonable developing path for talents. Moreover, the Group will implement the “Rules of Cadre Management” ( 《幹 部管理辦法》 ), improve the cultivation system for cadre and build a cadre team with excellent management ability with strong enterprise value.
