Chairman’s Statement 主席報告 8 Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited 舜宇光學科技（集團）有限公司 / Annual Report 2009 年報 展望 二零零九年對集團來說是比較艱辛的一年，經過 一年來集團上下齊心、堅毅不屈的努力，集團應 對危機的措施已逐漸轉化為經營的成果。集團於 年內深度貫徹「由量的擴張到質的提升」的轉型策 略，並真正地深入人心，這是此次金融危機給集 團帶來的收獲。這將轉化為集團經久不衰的發展 力量，將使我們前進車輪真正地開動得又快又穩。 在未來的一年，集團將繼續努力加強研發與市場 工作，重點為手機相關產品、安防監控類、車載 光學及紅外光學產品，目標是為客戶提供更優的 產品及技術服務，並提升產品的附加價值。二零 一零年，集團將重點抓住 3G 騰飛、平安社區建設 等重要商業機遇，適應市場需求及發展。 集團整體運行雖然出現企穩向好的形勢，但集團 亦會以謹慎樂觀的態度去面對。集團會密切注視 國際光電行業的宏觀形勢和危機動態，並保持危 機意識和風險意識。集團未來仍有很多困難及不 明確因素，但對集團來說是一種良性的挑戰，亦 會為集團長期的發展轉化成奮鬥的力量。 致謝 本集團於二零零九年的多項成就歸功於全體僱員 的勤勉。本人謹此衷心感謝董事會同寅及全體員 工整年內的努力不懈，與本集團風雨同舟。與此 同時，本人亦對各股東、客戶及供應商的長期支 持深表謝意。集團承諾將致力於業務的可持續成 長，締造佳績，為順利實現二零一零年全年經營 目標而努力。 王文鑒 主席 香港，二零一零年三月二十二日 OUTLOOK 2009 was a tough year for the Group, but pursuant to the concerted and persevering efforts of the management team and staff across the Group over the year, our measures to overcome the crisis have gradually been transformed into operational results. We have thoroughly applied the strategy of “Transformation from Quantity Expansion to Quality Improvement” and have it genuinely rooted into people’s heart. This is the reward we have reaped from the financial crisis. This will become the Group’s unfailing driving force for development and will help us to expand rapidly and steadily. In the coming year, we will continue to strengthen the R&D and marketing efforts and focus on mobile-phone related products, products of security surveillance, vehicle imaging and infrared imaging for the purpose of providing customers with more premium products and technical services, and enhancing the added value of our products. In 2010, we will seize the important business opportunities of the rapid development of 3G services and peaceful community construction, and will adapt to the market needs and development. Although the Group’s overall operation is stabilizing and continues to grow, we remain cautiously optimistic for this year. We will closely monitor the macro situation, the risk and dynamics of the international optoelectronic industry while maintaining the awareness of crisis and risk. We may face many difficulties and uncertainties in the future, however, they may serve as good challenges for us and give us strength to carry out our long-term development. APPRECIATION Our various accomplishments in 2009 were the direct result of the combined efforts of our diligent staff. Therefore, I wish to sincerely thank my fellow Directors and our Group’s employees for their dedication throughout the year, and their loyalty to the Group in the hard times. Also, I wish to extend my gratitude for the continued support of our shareholders, customers and suppliers.
