Mr Wong Kai Ho, aged 41, has more than 16 years of experience in financial and business management.
Mr. Wong worked as a finance analyst of Carter Holt Harvey New Zealand from November 2005 to December 2006 and was responsible for business modelling and financial analysis. From February 2007 to February 2009, Mr. Wong was a senior auditor of the audit and assurance sector of Ernst & Young and was responsible for designing audit strategies and reviewing audit engagements. From March 2009 to June 2013, he was a senior associate of EHM International Ltd (London), and was primarily responsible for assisting in the design of investment strategies of funds, reviewing pipeline investments particularly in the energy and real estate sector, and reviewing the performance of funds. From July 2013 to March 2014, he was a director of Katch Investment (Asia-Pacific) Limited, where he provided advisory services to clients for investments involving cross-border and offshore structures and projects fund raising.
Mr. Wong has experiences in the advisory and asset management industry since March 2014 where he currently is the director and responsible officer of advisory and asset management of Nebula Asset Management Limited and is responsible for the management of clients' investment portfolios, overseeing operations of the company and exploring potential merger and acquisition opportunities.
Mr. Wong has also been the vice president and assistant chairman of Guoce Geoinformation Technology Industry Park Group Co., Ltd. ( 國 測 地 理 信 息 科 技 產 業 園 有 限 公 司 ) since March 2018, where he is mainly responsible for strategic overview of the business operation of the company, in particular infrastructure developments, operational review and financing of National Geographic Information Technology Industrial Park, which was located at the east side of Beijing Capital International Airport. Mr. Wong is also involved in the development and operation of Guoce (Jinzhou) Graphite Technology Industrial Park, a "key project" of the Liaoning Province as regarded by the Liaoning Province 's government, where he is responsible for assisting in land development acquisitions, operational business planning and project financing.
Mr. Wong obtained the Bachelor of Commerce & Administration in Accounting and Commercial Law and Information Systems from Victoria University of Wellington New Zealand in December 2002. He also obtained his professional qualification as a chartered accountant from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and a certified public accountant from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in February 2008 and January 2011, respectively.
Mr Huang Zhuguang, aged 59, is an executive director of the Company since December 2021. Mr. Huang has over 30 years of experience in the cultural industry. Mr. Huang is the chairman of GuangDong First Union Animation Technology Co., Ltd., a company engaging in production of intelligent electronic toys which he founded in 1998. Mr. Huang also founded Firstunion Animation Technology (HK) Co., Limited in 2016 and Shunlian Animation Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd in 2019, respectively. In 2016, Mr. Huang founded Guangdong Guancheng Industrial Investment Co., Ltd., a company which principally engages in industrial investments, equity investments and venture capital investments.
Mr. Huang obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Communication University of China.
Mr Xia Ding, aged 56, is the co-chief executive officer of the Company since 4 July 2023, the executive vice president of the Company since 8 October 2021 and the president of Chongqing Peking University Resources Investment Company Limited* (重 慶 北 大 資 源 投 資 有 限 公 司). He possesses 33 years of knowledge and experience in real estate development, operation and investment.
Before joining the Group in May 2012, Mr. Xia worked in a number of property development companies from February 1990 to February 2006, including Chongqing Jundu Property Development Co., Ltd.* (重 慶 郡 都 物 業 發 展 有 限 公 司), and held various positions, including manager of engineering department, deputy general manager and general manager. From February 2006 to April 2012, Mr. Xia held positions as general manager and vice president with Hevol Real Estate Group Co., Ltd.* (和 泓 置 地 集 團 有 限 公 司).
Mr. Xia obtained a bachelor degree in Industrial and Civil Construction from Chongqing Construction Engineering University (now merged into Chongqing University) in July 1989.
Ms Xiong Yan, aged 33, possesses extensive experience in the bulk commodity trading and supply chain services sectors. Prior to joining the Group, she held various positions at Sanshui Industrial Co., Ltd.* (三 水 實 業 有 限 公 司) ("Sanshui Industrial") and its affiliated companies from March 2021 to July 2026. She successfully led Sanshui Industrial to build an established market position and a solid industry reputation in the non-ferrous metals trading sector. From October 2019 to February 2021, she worked as a Supply Chain Specialist at China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (中 國 建 材 集 團 有 限 公 司).
Ms. Xiong currently serves as Chairperson of the Putuo District Women's Federation for Bulk-Commodity Trade and Supply Chain in Shanghai. In 2026, she was appointed as a member of the Bulk-Commodity Youth Think Tank under a joint initiative of the Communist Youth League of Putuo District Committee, Putuo Youth Federation, Shanghai Financial Youth Federation and Shanghai State-owned Assets Youth Federation.
Ms. Xiong was awarded her degree of Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University in Australia in September 2019.
Independent Non-Executive Directors
Mr Chin Chi Ho, Stanley, aged 38, has over 15 years of experience in the areas of audit, financial management, corporate governance and operations in capital markets. Mr. Chin has obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong. He was admitted as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2009 and served as an audit specialist in PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG for 7 years. He has also been awarded the qualification of Financial Risk Manager (FRM) in 2009 and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2010. Mr. Chin has extensive experience serving as senior management for multiple Hong Kong listed companies. Mr. Chin is currently the Independent non-executive director of Champion Alliance International Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 1629).
Ms Xu Nan, aged 50, has over 25 years in corporate management.
Ms. Xu worked from April 1996 to September 2009 as director of overseas planning department at Sanseido Bookstore Ltd., Japan. She was the general manager of Marco Polo (Tianjin) International Trading Co., Ltd.* (馬 可 波 羅 (天 津) 國 際 貿 易 有 限 公 司) from January 2011 to November 2015. Since December 2015, she is the chief representative and legal representative of the Japan liaison office of Beijing Poly International Auction Co. Ltd.* (北 京 保 利 國 際 拍 賣 有 限 公 司).
Ms. Xu obtained a bachelor's degree in Japanese and Japanese literature from Gakushuin University, Japan in 1996. She obtained a master's degree in business administration from the Tasmac London School of Business in 2011.
Professor Cheung Ka Yue, aged 52, obtained a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Edinburgh Napier University (formerly known as Napier University) in the United Kingdom in November 1999, a degree of Master of Laws in International Corporate and Financial Law from University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom in November 2014, a degree of Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from University of London in the United Kingdom in December 2018 and a degree of Doctor of Business Administration from William Howard Taft University in the United States of America in September 2020. Prof. Cheung is a practicing accountant in Hong Kong. He is an honorary professor. He is actively involved in public and community service. He also serves as the secretary-general of the honorary consulate of the Republic of Fiji in Hong Kong.
Prof. Cheung has profound knowledge and extensive experience in the regulatory, corporate finance, compliance, corporate governance and academic fields. He is currently an independent non-executive director of Success Dragon International Holdings Limited (listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange with stock code: 1182), China Hongbao Holdings Limited (listed on the GEM of Stock Exchange with stock code: 8316) and MaxWin International Holdings Limited (listed on the GEM of Stock Exchange with stock code: 8513). He (i) was appointed as an independent non-executive director from 9 November 2021; (ii) was re-designated as a non-executive director from 30 November 2021; (iii) was further re-designated as an executive director since 26 April 2022 of Mayer Holdings Limited (the shares of which are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange with stock code: 1116). He was an independent non-executive director of Crown International Corporation Limited (the shares of which are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange with stock code: 727) from 15 December 2022 and resigned with effect from 1 August 2023.
