The purpose of formulating the Policy is to enhance the awareness of corporate governance and it constitutes an important part of the effective internal control and risk management system. It also provides employees or relevant Third Parties with reporting channels and guidance on whistleblowing.
Reports on any suspected fraud, unlawful acts and malpractices concerning the Company's operations and staff can be made in writing by completing the report template and email to whistleblowing@mel0158.com.hk or by post marked "Strictly Private and Confidential - To be Opened by Addressee Only" and send to The Manager of Whistleblowing Section, Melbourne Enterprises Limited, Room 2102-4, Melbourne Plaza, 33 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong.
Once submitted, the report becomes confidential and will be considered independently.
The Company will endeavour to inquire into reports with sufficient information to follow up. The time for investigation varies depending on the nature and complexity of the report. The complainants will be advised of the outcome of the investigation as soon as possible.
