24 Transport International Holdings Limited 2025 Annual Report BUSINESS REVIEW The Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited (“KMB”) Hong Kong Franchised Public Bus Operations KMB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Transport International Holdings Limited, is the largest franchised bus operator in Hong Kong, serving more than 2.5 million passenger-trips each day. A workforce of over 11,000 employees, including approximately 8,700 bus captains, ensures the delivery of high-quality service across a fleet of nearly 4,000 buses operating on 447 routes.
