All of the meetings were attended by the Directors themselves, and not by an alternate. 2. Mr. Wang Tan Jiong was redesignated from a non-executive Director to an executive Director with effect from 1 November 2025. 3. Mr. Ni Wenjun was appointed as an executive Director with effect from 1 July 2025. During the period from 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025, seven Board meetings were held. 4. Mr. Chen Gang was appointed as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 1 January 2025. During the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, twelve Board meetings were held. 5. Ms. Thoeng Wai Yee Cheryl was appointed as an independent non- executive Director with effect from 22 April 2025. During the period from 22 April 2025 to 31 December 2025, eight Board meetings were held. 6. Mr. Ye Liaoning resigned as an executive Director with effect from 1 November 2025. During the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 October 2025, eleven Board meetings were held. 7. Ms. Jia Lina resigned as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 22 April 2025. During the period from 1 January 2025 to 21 April 2025, four Board meetings were held. 8. Mr. Shao Yang Dong resigned as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 1 January 2025. 9. Ms. Ching Wan Fung was appointed as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 1 April 2026. She was appointed outside of the reporting period.
