Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited • ANNUAL REPORT 2025 50 Directors and Senior Management 董事及高級管理層 王忠偉先生 * ， 47 歲，為本公司副總裁。王先 生於二零一零年取得長春理工大學光學工程碩 士學位，二零二四年獲頒香港城市大學工商管 理博士學位。王先生於二零一八年一月獲浙 江省人力資源和社會保障廳頒授的高級經濟師 資格。其於二零零一年九月加入本集團，曾任 舜宇光電營銷部部長、副總經理及總經理等職 務。王先生於二零一五年任職餘姚舜宇智能光 學技術有限公司（「 舜宇智能光學（餘姚） 」）總經 理，並於二零二五年任職寧波舜宇儀器有限公 司（「 舜宇儀器 」）總經理。王先生於二零一六年 榮獲中國電子企業協會頒發的「全國電子信息 行業－影響力人物」稱號，並在「寧波市 2018 品牌雙評選活動」中榮獲「品牌年度功勳人物」。 張寶忠先生 * ， 58 歲，為本公司副總裁。張先 生於一九九零年取得浙江大學機械製造及工藝 設備學士學位，於二零一三年取得浙江大學工 商管理碩士學位，並於二零二五年六月取得 新加坡管理大學工商管理博士學位。張先生於 一九九九年九月加入本集團，多年來一直從事 研發及管理相關的工作，曾任職舜宇光電常務 副總經理、舜宇儀器智能裝備業務總經理、浙 江舜宇智領技術有限公司（「 舜宇智領技術 」）總 經理及本公司總裁助理。張先生於二零一四年 獲得浙江省人力資源與社會保障廳頒發的高級 工程師資格。 * 王忠偉先生獲委任為舜宇儀器總經理，自二零 二五年十一月三日起生效。王先生獲委任為本公 司副總裁，自二零二六年一月一日起生效。 * 截至二零二五年十二月三十一日止年度，張寶忠 先生為本公司總裁助理。張先生獲委任為本公司 副總裁，自二零二六年一月一日起生效。 Mr. Wang Zhongwei*, aged 47, is the vice president of the Company. Mr. Wang obtained a master’s degree in optical engineering from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2010 and a doctoral degree in business administration from City University of Hong Kong in 2024. Mr. Wang was awarded a qualification of senior economist issued by Zhejiang Province Human Resources and Social Security Department in January 2018. He joined the Group in September 2001. He held positions including the head of sales department, deputy general manager and general manager of Sunny Opotech. Mr. Wang held the position of general manager of Yuyao Sunny Optical Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (“ Sunny Optical Intelligence (Yuyao) ”) in 2015, and held the position of general manager of Ningbo Sunny Instruments Co., Ltd. (“ Sunny Instruments ”) in 2025. Mr. Wang was awarded the titles of “National Electronic Information Industry – Influential People” by China Electronics Enterprises Association in 2016 and “Annual Brand Meritorious Person” in “2018 Ningbo City Double Selection Activity of Brands”. Mr. Zhang Baozhong*, aged 58, is the vice president of the Company. Mr. Zhang obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical manufacturing and process equipment from Zhejiang University in 1990, a master’s degree in business administration from Zhejiang University in 2013, and a doctoral degree in business administration from Singapore Management University in June 2025. Mr. Zhang joined the Group in September 1999 and was engaged in the activities relating to R&D and administration for many years. He held positions including executive deputy general manager of Sunny Opotech, general manager of intelligent equipment business of Sunny Instruments and general manager of Zhejiang Sunny SmartLead Technologies Co., Ltd.(“ Sunny SmartLead ”) and assistant to the president of the Company. In 2014, Mr. Zhang obtained a qualification of senior engineer issued by Zhejiang Province Human Resources and Social Security Department. * Mr. Wang Zhongwei has been appointed as the General Manager of Sunny Instruments, with effect from 3 November 2025. Mr. Wang has been appointed as the vice president of the Company, with effect from 1 January 2026. * For the year ended 31 December 2025, Mr. Zhang Baozhong served as the assistant to the president of the Company. Mr. Zhang has been appointed as the vice president of the Company, with effect from 1 January 2026.
