舜宇光學科技（集團）有限公司 • 2025 年報 43 Directors and Senior Management 董事及高級管理層 Mr. Wang Wenjie, aged 58, chief senior economist and currently is an executive Director, chief executive officer (“ CEO ”), the authorised representative and the member of the Strategy and Development Committee. He is responsible for the overall operation and management of the Group. Mr. Wang graduated from the Department of Optical Instrumentation Engineering (currently known as College of Optical Science and Engineering) of Zhejiang University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering in 1989 and joined the Group after his graduation. Mr. Wang has been appointed as the non-executive director and chairman of the board of the Ningbo Sunny Smart Autotech Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, (“ Spin-off Company ”) since November 2025 and has been appointed as the director of Goertek Optical since December 2025. He was elected as the vice chairman of the Chinese Optical Society in 2017, responsible for advancing the development of optical industry in China. Mr. Wang has senior professional knowledge and experience in optical industry, as well as extensive experience in operation management, strategic planning, risk management, environment/climate risk management, social responsibility management, technical management and capital operation. 王文杰先生， 58 歲，正高級經濟師，現任執行 董事、首席執行官（「 首席執行官 」）、授權代表 以及策略及發展委員會成員，負責本集團全面 運營及管理。王先生在一九八九年畢業於浙江 大學光學儀器工程學系（現光電科學與工程學 院），取得工學學士學位，並於畢業後加入本 集團。王先生自二零二五年十一月起獲委任為 寧波舜宇智行科技股份有限公司（本公司一間 附屬公司）（「 分拆公司 」）的非執行董事兼董事 會主席，並於二零二五年十二月起擔任歌爾光 學的董事。其於二零一七年被選舉為中國光學 學會副理事長，負責推動中國光學行業發展。 王先生具備資深的光學行業的專業知識和經 驗，同時在經營管理、戰略規劃、風險管理、 環境╱氣候風險管理、社會責任管理、技術管 理、資本運作方面均有豐富的經驗。
