RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS (Continued) (c) At the end of reporting period, the Group has the following significant balances with related parties: (Continued) Note: The Group entered into loan contracts with Shanghai OmniLight for providing loans before 8 December 2025, when Shanghai OmniLight was the subsidiary of the Group. The loans amounting to RMB96,000,000 was settled and the loans amounting to RMB485,000,000 was not settled at 31 December 2025. The loans are non-trade, unsecured, carried the floating rates based on Loan Prime Rate and repayable on demand. Except for the above, other amounts are of trade nature, unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. The average credit period on purchases of goods from related parties is 90 days (2024: 90 days). 43. 關連人士交易（續） (c) 於報告期末，本集團與關連人 士的重大結餘如下：（續） 附註：本集團與上海奧來訂立貸款合約，以 於二零二五年十二月八日前提供貸 款，當時上海奧來為本集團的附屬公 司。於二零二五年十二月三十一日， 人民幣 96,000,000 元的貸款已結清 及人民幣 485,000,000 元的貸款尚未 結清。該等貸款均為非貿易、無擔 保、採用以貸款市場報價利率為基準 的浮動利率及按要求償還。除上文所 述外，其他數額均為貿易性質、無擔 保、免利息及按要求償還。 於報告期末，有關貿易性質的關連人 士結餘賬齡分析如下。 本集團給予關連人士貿易應收款項 90 天的信貸期（二零二四年： 90 天）。採 購關連人士貨品的平均信貸期為 90 天 （二零二四年： 90 天）。
