(“ KMI ”), an independent third party of the Group, which allows the Group to develop, produce and sell licensed products, (ii) patent and other intangible assets acquired from the acquisition of Sunny Mobility Technologies (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. to develop the advanced driving assistant system in automobile industry. These intangible assets have finite useful lives and are amortised on a straight-line basis over 10 years. The directors of the Company considered no impairment indicators on intangible assets for both years ended 31 December 2025 and 2024.
