DIVIDENDS (Continued) Subsequent to the end of the reporting period, a final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2025 of HKD120.60 cents per share, equivalent to approximately RMB105.90 cents per share, amounting to a total of approximately HKD1,320,335,000 (2024: HKD53.20 cents per share, equivalent to approximately RMB49.30 cents per share, amounting to a total of approximately HKD582,436,000) has been proposed by the directors of the Company and is subject to approval by the shareholders in the forthcoming annual general meeting. 12.
