(“ Sunny Zhongshan Optics ”), Sunny Optical (Zhejiang) Research Institute Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Sunny SmartLead Technologies Co., Ltd. (“ Sunny SmartLead ”), Ningbo Sunny Instruments Co., Ltd. (“Sunny Instruments”), Ningbo Sunny Automotive Optech Co., Ltd. (“ Sunny Automotive Optech ”) and Ningbo Sunny Opotech Co., Ltd. (“ Sunny Opotech ”), domestic limited liability companies, were approved as Hi-Tech Enterprises and entitled to a preferential tax rate of 15% with the expiry date on 31 December 2025. (ii) Xinyang Sunny Optics Co., Ltd. (“ Sunny Xinyang Optics ”), Zhejiang Sunny Optics Co., Ltd. (“ Sunny Zhejiang Optics ”) and Zhejiang Sunnyverse Technology Co., Ltd., domestic limited liability companies, were approved as Hi-Tech Enterprises and entitled to a preferential tax rate of 15% with the expiry date on 31 December 2026. 8. 所得稅開支 根據中國企業所得稅法（「 企業所得稅法 」） 及企業所得稅法實施條例，中國附屬公司 適用的稅率於兩個年度均為 25% ，惟下述 者除外： (i) 舜宇光學（中山）有限公司（「 舜宇中 山光學 」）、舜宇光學（浙江）研究院有 限公司、浙江舜宇智領技術有限公司 （「 舜宇智領技術 」）、寧波舜宇儀器有 限公司（「舜宇儀器」）、寧波舜宇車載 光學技術有限公司（「 舜宇車載光學 」） 及寧波舜宇光電信息有限公司（「 舜 宇光電 」），均為內資有限責任公司， 獲認可為高新技術企業，並有權享受 15% 的優惠稅率，於二零二五年十二 月三十一日屆滿。 (ii) 信陽舜宇光學有限公司（「 舜宇信陽光 學 」）、浙江舜宇光學有限公司（「 舜 宇浙江光學 」）及浙江舜為科技有限 公司，均為內資有限責任公司，獲認 可為高新技術企業，並有權享受 15% 的優惠稅率，於二零二六年十二月 三十一日屆滿。
