The aforementioned matters may adversely affect the Company’s operating costs, reputation, market performance, and compliance with laws and policies. Meanwhile, affected by global climate change, the Company faces potential risks such as asset losses and supply chain disruptions. － 因內部經營管理狀況及外部宏觀環境變動，本公司可 能產生對環境具有重大影響的廢棄物排放，亦可能存 在能源利用效率未達最優的問題，上述事項均可能對 本公司營運成本、聲譽、市場表現及法律政策合規情 形構成不利影響。同時，受全球氣候變化影響，本公 司面臨資產損失及供應鏈中斷等潛在風險。 – Establishing and operating a standardized environmental management system, implementing waste classification control, compliant disposal, and environmental hazard inspections, prohibiting illegal discharges, and ensuring environmentally compliant operations; － 建立並運行規範的環境管理體系，實施廢棄物分類管控、合規 處置與環境隱患排查，杜絕違規排放，保障環境合規運營； – Establishing an energy management system, promoting the application of energy-saving technologies and equipment, optimizing the energy consumption structure, strengthening energy consumption monitoring and assessment, and continuously improving energy utilization efficiency; － 構建能源管理體系，推進節能技術與設備應用，優化用能結構 並強化能耗監測考核，持續提升能源利用效率； – Conducting specialized climate risk assessments, strengthening the climate resilience of core assets, improving supply chain emergency plans, and preventing climate-related asset losses and supply chain disruption risks; and － 開展氣候風險專項評估，加強核心資產氣候韌性建設，完善供 應鏈應急預案，防範氣候相關資產損失與供應鏈中斷風險；及 – Promoting the construction of zero-waste factories, implementing reduction, resource recovery, and harmless treatment at the source. － 推進無廢工廠建設，從源頭進行減量化、資源化、無害化。
