The Board will continue to monitor and review the workforce diversity in accordance with the Listing Rules and plan to achieve a more balanced gender diversity ratio in the workforce, if possible. As at 31 December 2024, set out below is the table summarizing the gender ratio of: (i) senior Management; and (ii) the workforce (excluding senior Management). They both have taken not less than 15 hours of the relevant professional training for the year ended 31 December 2024. Please refer to the section headed “Directors and Senior Management” in this annual report for their biographies. Under the corporate governance measures adopted by the Company, the Board is responsible for approving the selection, appointment or dismissal of the Company Secretary. The Company Secretary shall report to the Chairman and the CEO. All Directors should have access to the advice and services of the Company Secretary to ensure the Board procedures, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, are followed.
