Management Discussion and Analysis 管理層討論與分析 32 Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited • ANNUAL REPORT 2024 僱員和酬金政策 於二零二四年十二月三十一日,本集團擁有 33,884 名全職僱員。為吸納新人才,激勵及挽 留現有人才,本集團已根據本公司的整體運營 情況、行業水平及僱員的個人表現,向僱員提 供公平及具競爭力的薪酬及福利待遇,其中薪 酬包括基本年薪、年終獎、經濟增加值分享獎 及股份獎勵等;福利包括社會保險、住房公積 金、僱員假期及急難救助基金等。此外,本集 團特有的人才發展體系為業務的良好發展提供 人才保障,並增加僱員履行工作職責的知識和 技能。本集團根據不同層級的發展需求,構建 以新僱員發展模塊、專業技術人員發展模塊和 領導力發展模塊為核心的培訓發展體系,不斷 引導全體僱員進行持續學習。 截至二零二四年十二月三十一日止年度,董事 及五名最高薪酬僱員的酬金金額詳情載於本年 報綜合財務報表附註 13 。此外,支付予高級管 理層的酬金按薪酬等級劃分載列如下: 截至二零二四年十二月三十一日止年度,本公 司根據於二零一零年三月二十二日所採納之限 制性股份獎勵計劃(「 限制性股份獎勵計劃 」)授 出 7,142,726 股限制性股份(「 限制性股份 」)予 合資格的僱員。有關詳情請參閱本年報「董事 會報告」之「限制性股份獎勵計劃」章節。 EMPLOYEE AND REMUNERATION POLICY The Group had 33,884 full-time employees as at 31 December 2024. In line with the overall operation of the Company, the industry level and the performance of individual employees, the Group offers employees fair and competitive compensation and welfare packages to recruit new talents and to reward and retain existing talents, in which the remuneration includes annual basic salary, year-end bonus, the economic-value-added bonus and share award, while the welfare includes social insurance, housing provident fund, employee holidays and emergency relief fund. In addition, the unique talent development system of the Group ensures the provision of talent team matching the sound business development, and enhances their knowledge and skills when the employees discharge duties at work. Based on the development needs of different levels, the Group has established a development and training system with new employee development module, professional and technical personnel development module, and leadership development module as its core to consistently encourage all employees to engage in continuous learning. For the year ended 31 December 2024, details of the amount of emoluments of the Directors and five highest paid employees are set out in Note 13 to the consolidated financial statements in this annual report.
