Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited • INTERIM REPORT 2021 22 Management Discussion and Analysis 管理層討論與分析 Net Profit and Net Profit Margin For the six months ended 30 June 2021, the Group’s net profit was approximately RMB2,706.6 million, representing an increase of approximately 52.4% compared to the corresponding period of last year. The increase in net profit was mainly attributable to the increase of gross profit. The net profit margin was approximately 13.6% for the six months ended 30 June 2021 and it was approximately 9.4% for the corresponding period of last year. Profit for the Period Attributable to Owners of the Company The profit for the period attributable to owners of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2021 was approximately RMB2,688.0 million, representing an increase of approximately 53.7% compared to the corresponding period of last year. Interim Dividend For the year ended 31 December 2020, the dividend proposed by the board (the “ Board ” ） of the directors (the “ Directors ”, each a “ Director ” ） of the Company was approximately RMB0.888 (equivalent to HK$1.057) per share with a payout ratio of approximately 20.0% of the profit for the year attributable to owners of the Company. It was paid in June 2021. The Board does not recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2021 (corresponding period of 2020: nil). 淨利及淨利率 截至二零二一年六月三十日止六個月，本集團 的淨利約人民幣 2,706,600,000 元，較去年同 期增加約 52.4% 。淨利的增加主要是由於毛利 增加。截至二零二一年六月三十日止六個月的 淨利率約 13.6% ，去年同期則約 9.4% 。 本公司股東應佔期內溢利 截至二零二一年六月三十日止六個月，本公 司股東應佔期內溢利約人民幣 2,688,000,000 元，較去年同期增加約 53.7% 。 中期股息 截至二零二零年十二月三十一日止年度，本 公司董事（「 董事 」）會（「 董事會 」）建議派發每 股約人民幣 0.888 元（相等於 1.057 港元）的股 息，支付比例約為本公司股東應佔年內溢利的 20.0% ，並且已於二零二一年六月派付。 董事會建議不派發截至二零二一年六月三十日 止六個月的中期股息（二零二零年同期：無）。
