During both years, no emoluments were paid by the Group to the five highest paid individuals and directors of the Company as an inducement to join or upon joining the Group or as compensation for loss of office. In the year ended 31 December 2020 (2019: Nil), no director waived emoluments. During both years, certain directors, non-director and non-chief executive highest paid employees were granted share awards, in respect of their services to the Group under the share awards scheme of the Group.
