The final dividends proposed after the end of reporting period has not been recognised as a liability at the end of reporting period. 11. 股息 於報告期末後，本公司董事建議派付每 股約人民幣 88.80 分（相等於每股 105.70 港仙），合共約人民幣 974,003,000 元（二 零一九年：每股約人民幣 7 2 . 8 0 分（相 等於每股 8 1 . 0 0 港仙），合共約人民幣 798,507,000 元）的截至二零二零年十二月 三十一日止年度末期股息，惟須獲股東於 應屆股東週年大會上批准。建議於報告期 末後派付的末期股息並未於報告期末確認 為負債。
