The proceeds were used to meet the working capital requirement. Repayment of bank borrowings amounting to approximately RMB1 , 8 9 3 , 6 7 7 , 0 0 0 ( c o r r e s p o n d i n g p e r i o d o f 2 0 1 9 : RMB1,893,114,000) were made in line with the relevant repayment terms. As at 30 June 2020, the borrowings with a total amount of approximately RMB1,026,528,000 (31 December 2019: RMB412,482,000) were denominated in United States Dollar. The Group’s borrowings carried fixed-rate of 3.15% and variable-rate of 0.89% to 3.29% (31 December 2019: 2.77% and 3.26% to 3.29%) per annum. All the contract liabilities at the beginning of the period have been realised to revenue in the reporting period and no revenue recognised in the reporting period from the performance obligations were satisfied in previous periods. 24. 銀行借貸 於本中期期間，本集團獲得新增銀行借貸 約人民幣 2,710,422,000 元（二零一九年同 期：人民幣 1,515,328,000 元）。該筆款項 用作營運資金。本集團已償還銀行借貸約 人民幣 1,893,677,000 元（二零一九年同 期：人民幣 1,893,114,000 元），符合有關 還款條款。 於二零二零年六月三十日，總額約人民 幣 1,026,528,000 元（二零一九年十二月 三十一日：人民幣 412,482,000 元）的借 貸以美元計值。本集團借貸按 3.15% 的固 定年利率及 0.89% 至 3.29% 的可變年利率 （二零一九年十二月三十一日： 2.77% 及 3.26% 至 3.29% ）計息。 於二零二零年六月三十日，本集團並未就 借貸而抵押樓宇及土地。 25. 合約負債 合約負債指本集團已從客戶收取有關尚未 履行向客戶轉移貨品義務的代價。期初的 所有合約負債對應的履約義務均於報告期 內完成，收入得以確認，且本報告期確認 的收入中不包含任何往期已經實現的履約 義務。
