26 Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited INTERIM REPORT 2019 Management Discussion and Analysis 管理層討論與分析 流動資金風險 本集團持續監察預測及實際的現金流量水平,並 會配對各項金融資產與負債的到期狀況,以維持 足夠的現金及現金等值項目,從而控制流動資金 風險。 僱員和薪酬政策 於二零一九年六月三十日,本集團擁有 17,526 名 全職僱員,包括 8,954 名管理和行政人員, 7,891 名生產人員和 681 名營運支持人員。為挽留傑出 人才,本集團根據公司整體及員工的個別表現, 向僱員提供具競爭力之薪酬福利,包括薪資、醫 療保險、酌情花紅、其它員工福利、強制性公積 金計劃(香港)及國家管理退休福利計劃(國內) 等。 本集團亦採納受限制股份獎勵計劃(「 受限制股份 獎勵計劃 」),旨在為對本集團有貢獻的合資格者 提供鼓勵和獎勵,增強員工的主人翁精神。截至 二零一九年六月三十日止六個月, 1,745,572 股股 份根據受限制股份獎勵計劃授予合資格參與者。 Liquidity Risk The Group manages liquidity risk by maintaining an adequate level of cash and cash equivalents through continuously monitoring forecast and actual cash flows and matching the maturity profiles of financial assets and liabilities. EMPLOYEE AND REMUNERATION POLICY The Group had a total of 17,526 full-time employees as at 30 June 2019, including 8,954 management and administrative staff, 7,891 production workers and 681 operation supporting staff. In line with the performance of the Group and individual employees, a competitive remuneration package is offered to retain talents, including salaries, medical insurance, discretionary bonuses, other fringe benefits as well as mandatory provident fund scheme for employees in Hong Kong and state-managed retirement benefit scheme for employees in the PRC. The Group has also adopted a restricted share award scheme (the “ Restricted Share Award Scheme ”) for the purposes of providing incentives and rewards to eligible participants to recognize their contribution to the Group and to enhance their ownership spirits. For the six months ended 30 June 2019, an aggregate of 1,745,572 shares were granted to eligible participants under the Restricted Share Award Scheme.
