All transfer of shares accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712- 1716, 17 th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong for registration no later than 4:30 p.m. on 18 May 2020. In order to determine the eligibility of shareholders to the dividends, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 29 May 2020 to 3 June 2020, both days inclusive, during which no transfer of shares will be registered.
