EVENT AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD Since January 2020, the outbreak of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (“COVID-19”) in China and the subsequent quarantine measures imposed by the Chinese government have had a negative impact on the operations of the Group, as most of the Group’s operations and customers of the Group are located in China. The Group had had to delay its manufacturing activities due to the mandatory government quarantine measures in an effort to contain the spread of the epidemic and has recovered to the normal operating capacity as of the date of issuance of these financial statements. The Directors of the Company have closely monitored the development of the outbreak of COVID-19 and kept regular communications with its customers and suppliers to understand whether there would be any significant impacts on the Group’s ongoing operation, and/or any shortages in supply on the materials required by the Group’s production projects. Based on the currently available information as of the date of issuance of these financial statements, the Directors of the Company consider that the COVID-19 event would not have a material financial impact to the Group. However, given the inherent unpredictable nature and rapid development relating to COVID-19 globally, the Group’s business might be affected and the Directors of the Company will continue to closely monitor in this regard. 46. 報告期後事項 自二零二零年一月以來，二零一九年新型 冠狀病毒（「 COVID-19 」）在中國爆發，中 國政府隨後採取隔離措施，由於本集團大 部分營運及客戶位於中國，這一措施對本 集團的營運產生負面影響。面對中國政府 採取的控制疫情蔓延的強制性隔離措施， 本集團不得不推遲其生產活動。於本財務 報表發行日期，本集團的營運產能已恢復 正常。 本公司董事一直以來密切關注 COVID-19 疫 情發展態勢，與客戶及供應商保持定期溝 通，從而判斷疫情會否對本集團持續經營 產生重大影響，及╱或會否造成本集團生 產項目所需材料供應短缺。 根據於本財務報表發行日期所獲得的最新 資料，本公司董事認為 COVID-19 疫情不 會對本集團產生重大財務影響。然而，鑒 於 COVID-19 固有的不可預測性並在全世界 範圍內迅速蔓延，本集團業務可能遭受影 響，對此本公司董事將持續密切關注。
