Notes: (a) During the current year, the Group further acquired 12.04% equity interest of its associate – Wuxi Wissen at the consideration of RMB17,071,000. Upon the completion of the acquisition, the Group held 60.07% of the equity interests in Wuxi Wissen which allowed the Group to exert control over Wuxi Wissen and it became a consolidated subsidiary of the Group.
