INTANGIBLE ASSETS (Continued) These intangible assets have finite useful lives and are amortised on a straight-line basis over 10 years. During the current year, there were additional intangible assets in the carrying amount of RMB125,900,000 arising from the acquisition of Wuxi Wissen by the Group, which were recognised initially at fair value at the acquisition date and subsequently carried at the amount initially recognised less accumulated amortisation and impairment losses, if any. The directors of the Company considered no impairment loss on intangible assets for the years ended 31 December 2019 and 2018. 19.
