Lease contracts are entered into for fixed term of 1 month to 10 years. Lease terms are negotiated on an individual basis and contain a wide range of different terms and conditions. In determining the lease term and assessing the length of the non-cancellable period, the Group applies the definition of a contract and determines the period for which the contract is enforceable. 15. 使用權資產 於兩年內，本集團租賃多間辦公室、倉 庫、員工宿舍及機器用於其營運。所訂立 租賃合約的固定期限為 1 個月至 10 年。租 期乃按個別基準磋商且包含各項不同的條 款及條件。於釐定租期及評估不可撤銷期 限長度時，本集團採用合約的定義及釐定 合約可執行的期限。
