These three entities were accounted for as associates. During the current interim period, the Group further acquired 13.96% equity interest of its associate – Wuxi Wissen at the consideration of RMB17,071,000. Upon the completion of the acquisition, the Group held 60.07% of the equity interests in Wuxi Wissen which allowed the Group to exert control over Wuxi Wissen and it became a consolidated subsidiary of the Group. 12. 於聯營公司的權益 於二零一九年六月三十日，本集團持有約 (i) 30.85% （二零一八年十二月三十一日： 30.85% ）上海威乾視頻技術有限公司所有權 權益； (ii) 26.00% （二零一八年十二月三十一 日： 26.00% ）江蘇舜宇醫療器械有限公司所 有權權益；及 (iii) 18.3% （二零一八年十二月 三十一日：無）一家主要從事先進納米技術研 發的日本公司所有權權益。這三家實體已入 賬列作聯營公司。 於本中期期間，本集團進一步收購其聯營 公司無錫為森 13.96% 股權，代價為人民幣 17,071,000 元。收購完成後，本集團持有無 錫為森 60.07% 股權，令本集團能夠對無錫為 森行使控制權，且無錫為森成為本集團的合 併附屬公司。
