(3) Mr. Wang Wenjian is the beneficiary and founder of the Sun Guang Trust*. The Sun Guang Trust* is a trust on the entire issued share capital of Sun Guang Limited (“ Sun Guang ”), which owns 3.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
