Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited INTERIM REPORT 2017 10 Management Discussion and Analysis 管理層討論與分析 行政費用 截至二零一七年六月三十日止六個月，本集團 的行政費用較去年同期增加約 23.7% 或約人民幣 35,000,000 元至約人民幣 182,400,000 元，佔本 集團收入約 1.8% ，所佔比例較去年同期下降 0.7 個百分點。總體行政費用上升的主要原因為行政 員工數量及薪資的上升、限制性股份的授出及相 關福利成本相應提高。 所得稅開支 截至二零一七年六月三十日止六個月，本集團的 所得稅開支較去年同期增加約 170.9% 或約人民幣 149,500,000 元至約人民幣 237,000,000 元。上升 的主要原因是盈利的擴大。於回顧期內，本集團 的實際有效稅率約 17.0% ，去年同期則約 15.8% 。 下表顯示本集團各中國附屬公司的適用稅率： Administrative Expenses The Group’s administrative expenses for the six months ended 30 June 2017 increased by approximately 23.7% or approximately RMB35 . 0 mi l l i on t o app rox ima t e l y RMB182 . 4 mi l l i on as compared with the corresponding period of last year, accounting for approximately 1.8% of the Group’s revenue, which was 0.7-percentage point lower than that for the corresponding period of last year. The increase in overall administrative expenses was mainly attributable to the increase in the headcount of administrative staff, the increase in remuneration, the grant of restricted shares and the corresponding increase of relevant fringe benefits. Income Tax Expense The Group’s income tax expense for the six months ended 30 June 2017 increased by approximately 170.9% or approximately RMB149.5 million to approximately RMB237.0 million as compared with the corresponding period of last year. The increase was mainly attributable to the growth in earnings. The Group’s actual effective tax rate was approximately 17.0% during the period under review and approximately 15.8% for the corresponding period of last year.
