The proceeds were used to meet the working capital requirement and acquisitions of property, plant and equipment. Repayment of bank borrowings amounting to approximately RMB263,552,000 (the corresponding period of 2015: RMB135,027,000) were made in line with the relevant repayment terms. As at 30 June 2016 and 31 December 2015, the borrowings with a total amount of approximately RMB527,991,000 (31 December 2015: RMB442,001,000) were denominated in United States Dollar. The Group’s borrowings carried fixed interest rate with weighted average interest rate of 2.27% (31 December 2015: 2.52%) per annum. As at 30 June 2016, borrowings amounted to RMB220,000,000 (31 December 2015: RMB220,000,000) are secured by certain buildings and lands of the Group with aggregated carrying value of approximately RMB188,496,000 (Note 10(a)). 21.SHARE CAPITAL I ssued sha re cap i t a l as a t 30 June 2016 amoun t ed t o H K $ 1 0 9 , 7 0 0 , 0 0 0 ( e q u i v a l e n t t o a p p r o x i ma t e l y RMB105,177,000) with number of ordinary shares amounted to 1,097,000,000 of HK$0.1 each. There were no movements in the issued share capital of the Company in the current interim period. 20. 借貸 於本中期期間，本集團獲得新增銀行借貸約 人民幣 328,304,000 元（二零一五年同期：人 民幣 290,775,000 元）。該筆款項用作營運資 金及收購物業、機器及設備。本集團已償還 銀行借貸約人民幣 263,552,000 元（二零一五 年同期：人民幣 135,027,000 元），符合有關 還款條款。 於二零一六年六月三十日及二零一五年十 二月三十一日，總額約人民幣 527,991,000 元（二零一五年十二月三十一日：人民幣 442,001,000 元）的借貸以美元計值。本集團 的借貸按 2.27% 的加權平均年利率計息（二零 一五年十二月三十一日： 2.52% ）。 於 二 零 一 六 年 六 月 三 十 日， 人 民 幣 220,000,000 元（二零一五年十二月三十一 日：人民幣 220,000,000 元）的借貸由本集團 賬面值總額約為人民幣 188,496,000 元的若干 樓宇及土地擔保（附註 10(a) ）。 21. 股本 於二零一六年六月三十日的已發行股本 為 109,700,000 港 元（相 等 於 約 人 民 幣 105,177,000 元），分為 1,097,000,000 股每股 面值 0.1 港元的普通股。於本中期期間，本公 司已發行股本並無變動。
