舜宇光學科技(集團)有限公司 2016 中期報告 19 Management Discussion and Analysis 管理層討論與分析 匯率波動風險 本集團部份產品會出口銷售至國際巿場,同時也 自國際巿場購買大量產品,以上交易均以美元或 其它外幣計算。本集團已訂立若干外匯交易工具 以減低貨幣風險。 僱員和薪酬政策 於二零一六年六月三十日,本集團擁有 17,668 名全職僱員,包括 2,962 名管理和行政人員, 14,356 名生產人員和 350 名營運支持人員。為挽 留傑出人才,本集團根據公司整體及員工的個別 表現,向僱員提供具競爭力之薪酬福利,包括薪 資、醫療保險、酌情花紅、其他員工福利、強 制性公積金計劃(香港)及國家管理退休福利計 劃(國內)等。本集團亦採納購股權計劃(「 該計 劃 」)及受限制股份獎勵計劃(「 受限制股份獎勵 計劃 」),旨在為對本集團有貢獻的合資格者提供 鼓勵和獎勵,增強員工的主人翁精神。截至二零 一六年六月三十日止六個月,本公司並無根據購 股權計劃向任何人士授出或同意授出購股權。此 外,於截至二零一六年六月三十日止六個月期間 內, 2,154,428 股股份根據受限制股份獎勵計劃授 予合資格參與者。 F o r e i g n E x c h a n g e R a t e Fluctuation Risk The Group exports a portion of its products to and makes bulk purchases from international markets where transactions are denominated in U.S. dollars or other foreign currencies. The Group has entered into certain foreign exchange trading instruments to reduce its currency risk. EMPLOYEE AND REMUNERAT ION POLICY The Group had a total of 17,668 dedicated full-time employees as of 30 June 2016, including 2,962 management and administrative staff, 14,356 production workers and 350 operation supporting staff. In line with the performance of the Company and individual employees, a competitive remuneration package is offered to retain elite employees, including salaries, medical insurance, discretionary bonuses, other fringe benefits as well as mandatory provident fund scheme for employees in Hong Kong and state-managed retirement benefit scheme for employees in the PRC. The Group has also adopted a share option scheme (the “ Scheme ”) and a Restricted Share Award Scheme (the “ Restricted Share Award Scheme ”), for the purposes of providing incentives and rewards to eligible participants to recognise their contribution to the Group and enhance their ownership spirits. For the six months ended 30 June 2016, no share option was granted or agreed to be granted by the Company under the Scheme. In addition, during the six-month period ended 30 June 2016, 2,154,428 shares were granted to eligible participants in accordance with the Restricted Share Award Scheme.
