Notes to the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements 簡明綜合財務報表附註 FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2015 截至二零一五年六月三十日止六個月 50 Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited INTERIM REPORT 2015 12.AVAILABLE-FOR-SALE INVESTMENTS (Continued) On 20 February 2015, the Group had entered into a purchase agreement with Movidius Limited (“Movidius”) relating to the purchase of 35,307,703 Series B preferred shares of Movidius at a consideration of US$2,500,000 (equivalent to RMB15,393,000) (the “Investment”). Movidius is incorporated under the Laws of Ireland and is principally engaged in the development and marketing of programmable image signal processing products to process images from camera to mobile devices.
