The deposits will be transferred to property, plant and equipment by batches by the end of 2015 or 2016. (“MEMS Drive”), issued additional 379,053 Series A preferred stock to a third party investor. Upon completion, the equity interest of MEMS Drive held by the Group was reduced from 17.80% to 13.62%. 11. 收購物業、機器及設備的按 金 本集團就興建廠房樓宇以及收購位於中國的 機器及設備以供其生產機器擴張而支付按 金。有關按金將分批於二零一五年或二零一 六年年底轉撥至物業、機器及設備。於本中 期期間，本集團就收購物業、機器及設備支 付金額為人民幣 76,000,000 元的按金（二零 一四年同期：人民幣 104,841,000 元），並將 金額為人民幣 54,793,000 元的按金轉撥至物 業、機器及設備（二零一四年同期：人民幣 46,837,000 元）。 12. 可供出售投資 於本中期期間，其中一名投資對象 MEMS Drive, Inc. （「 MEMS Drive 」）向一名第三方投 資者發行額外 379,053 股系列 A 優先股。於該 發行完成後，本集團於 MEMS Drive 持有之股 權將由 17.80% 減少至 13.62% 。
