In addition, the Group disposed certain of its plants and equipment with a carrying amount of approximately RMB1,413,000 (corresponding period of 2014: RMB231,000) which resulted in a gain of approximately RMB328,000 (corresponding period of 2014: RMB1,656,000). 9. 股息 董事建議不派發截至二零一五年六月三十日 止六個月的中期股息（二零一四年同期：無）。 10. 物業、機器及設備的變動 於本中期期間，本集團為提升其生產能力， 購買生產設備及產生生產廠房建設成本約為 人民幣 141,879,000 元（二零一四年同期：人 民幣 153,396,000 元）。 此 外， 本 集 團 出 售 賬 面 值 約 為 人 民 幣 1,413,000 元（二 零 一 四 年 同 期： 人 民 幣 231,000 元）的若干機器及設備，產生收益約 人民幣 328,000 元（二零一四年同期：人民幣 1,656,000 元）。
