Contingent Liabilities As of 30 June 2015, the Group did not have any material contingent liabilities or guarantees. PLEDGE OF ASSETS The Group did not have any pledge or charge on assets as of 30 June 2015, except for the pledged bank deposits of RMB153.2 million. Capital Commitments As of 30 June 2015, the capital expenditure of the Group in respect of acquisition of property, plant and equipment contracted for but not provided in the condensed consolidated financial statements amounted to approximately RMB92.7 million (31 December 2014: approximately RMB64.7 million). As of 30 June 2015, the Group had no other capital commitments save as disclosed above. OFF-BALANCE SHEET TRANSACTIONS As of 30 June 2015, the Group did not enter into any material off- balance sheet transactions.
