The increase in net profit was mainly attributable to the increase in gross profit. The net profit margin was approximately 6.6%. Profit for the Period Attributable to Owners of the Company Profit for the period attributable to owners of the Company amounted to approximately RMB307.7 million, representing an increase of approximately RMB50.8 million or approximately 19.8% as compared with approximately RMB256.9 million for the corresponding period of last year. Interim Dividends For the year ended 31 December 2014, the dividends proposed by the Board was approximately RMB0.155 (being HK$0.190) per share, with payout ratio of approximately 30.0% of the profit attributable to owners of the Company for the year, and was paid in June 2015. The Board does not recommend the payment of any interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2015 (corresponding period of 2014: nil).
