DEPOS I TS FOR ACQU I S I T I ON OF PROPERTY, PLANT AND EQUIPMENT The deposits are paid for construction of factory buildings and acquisition of plant and equipment located in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) for the expansion of the Group’s production plant. The deposits will be transferred to property, plant and equipment by batches by the end of 2013 or early 2014.
