舜宇光學科技（集團）有限公司 中期報告 2013 21 Other Information 其他資料 Definition of terms: – “Equity Trust (HK) Limited” refers to the additional trustee of the Sunny Employment Trust appointed pursuant to the Deed of Appointment of Additional Trustee dated 2 July 2011; and – “Sunny Employee Trust” refers to a trust established on 28 July 2006 on the entire issued share capital of Sun Ji Save as disclosed above, as of 30 June 2013, no other persons had any interests or short positions in the shares or underlying shares of the Company as recorded in the register required to be kept under section 336 of the SFO.
