Debt securities As of 30 June 2013, the Group did not have any debt securities. Contingent liabilities As of 30 June 2013, the Group did not have any material contingent liabilities or guarantees. PLEDGE OF ASSETS The Group did not have any pledge or charge on assets as of 30 June 2013, other than pledged bank deposits of RMB0.8 million. Commitments As of 30 June 2013, the future aggregate minimum lease payments under non-cancellable operating leases in respect of premises amounted to approximately RMB115.3 million (as of 31 December 2012: approximately RMB58.2 million). As of 30 June 2013, the Group had capital expenditure in respect of acquisition of property, plant and equipment contracted for but not provided in the consolidated financial statements amounting to approximately RMB115.3 million (as of 31 December 2012: approximately RMB58.2 million). The Group had not had any expenditure contracted for but not provided in the consolidated financial statements in respect of the acquisition of land use right (as of 31 December 2012: nil). As of 30 June 2013, the Group had no other capital commitments save as disclosed above.
