Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited 舜宇光學科技（集團）有限公司 / Interim Report 2012 中期報告 46 Notes to the Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2012 簡明綜合 財務報表附註 截至二零一二年六月三十日止六個月 13. 委託貸款應收款項 本集團與銀行訂立委託貸款安排，當中附 屬公司作為委託方，而銀行作為貸方，向 特定借款人提供融資。所有的委託貸款 為即期及於一年內到期，按介乎 6.2% 至 11.3% （二零一一年： 5.5% 至 12.0% ）的 固定年利率計息。 於二零一二年六月三十日，並無委託貸 款應收款項已逾期或減值。約人民幣 95,000,000 元的委託貸款應收款項由借款 人相關公司向銀行所作擔保。就餘下的應 收款項人民幣 18,000,000 元而言，本集團 已獲銀行授予一份由借款人向銀行抵押的 土地的第一追索權。由於董事認為委託貸 款借款人擁有良好的信貸質素，且委託貸 款應收款項已悉數由銀行擔保，故無需就 委託貸款應收款項作出任何減值。 於報告期末之後及直至簡明綜合財務報表 授權刊發日，已收回人民幣 50,000,000 元。 13. ENTRUSTED LOAN RECEIVABLES RMB’000 人民幣千元 At 31 December 2011 (audited) 於二零一一年十二月三十一日（經審核） 295,000  Additions 新增 63,000  Repayments 收回 (245,000) At 30 June 2012 (unaudited) 二零一二年六月三十日（未經審核） 113,000 The Group entered into entrusted loan arrangements with banks, in which the subsidiaries acted as the entrusting parties and the banks acted as the lenders to provide funding to specified borrowers. All of the entrusted loans are current and due within one year, bearing fixed interest rates ranging from 6.2% to 11.3% (2011: 5.5% to 12.0%) per annum. At 30 June 2012, no entrusted loan receivables have been past due or impaired. The entrusted loan receivables of approximately RMB95,000,000 are covered by guarantees made by the related companies of the borrowers to the bank. For the remaining receivable of RMB18,000,000, the Group has been granted by the bank the right of a first claim for a piece of land that has been pledged to the bank by the borrower. No impairment is made on the entrusted loan receivables as, in the opinion of the Directors, the entrusted loan borrowers have good credit quality and the entrusted loan receivables are fully guaranteed by the bank. Subsequent to the end of the reporting period, and up to the date on which the condensed consolidated financial statements are authorised for issue, RMB50,000,000 has been repaid.
